The customer expressly waives their own terms and conditions, even if these were drafted after these terms and conditions. To be valid, any waiver must be expressly agreed in writing and in advance.

-IN-STOCK BIKINIS

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the item's measurements when ordering, and to verify on the purchase receipt that those measurements match the ones requested. You can see the product details on our website www.bikinisriosyvalles.com or ask us directly on any of our social media.
We do not offer exchanges or returns.

-CUSTOM-MADE BIKINIS

Because this is a design made to your measurements, there are no exchanges or returns of any kind. For your product to be delivered and/or shipped, the agreed amount must be paid in full. From the established delivery date you will have 3 weeks to pay for your order in full; otherwise your order will be put up for sale and the deposit will be forfeited. Any modification to the design or cut of the bikini after the date set on your purchase receipt will carry an extra cost and is subject to availability. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are not responsible for any extra costs for customs duties, export taxes, etc. These depend on the total order amount and on each country's customs laws. Tracking of delivery times and any issue that may arise with the shipment are the responsibility of the courier (DHL or FedEx); for any question about your shipment, contact DHL or FedEx directly and provide your tracking number.
